Silence

Silence

A nothingness

But

A sense of

Completeness

In the

midst of

noise

all around

And

within

A

Quietness

that

was Bliss

I saw it

in her

Eyes

That moment

captured

Silence

I felt it

in

that Hug

in

That fed the

hungry soul

in

that healing of

sick hands

that held

mine tight

in

that

unexplained

Poem

A smell

taste and

touch was

delightful

with

Silence

accompanied.

Then

why did

I

ramble on.

Nothing to

prove

Nothing to

judge.

Just

float in

Silence

I

realise

is

Enlightenment

too

It was

all around

me

But

still elusive

like the

gentle breeze

on a

warm day

I probed

and

saw him

At the

Break of

Dawn and

when he

Sat down

At dusk.

Took a

different form

in his

black cloak

with

glitter

all over

And

finally

I saw him

in a

Lifeless form

too

With a

gentle smile.

Realised

that he

did

Experience

Silence

Finally.
